Positive: I absolutely cannot fault this hotel, the staff were lovely, the apartment was clean and spacious, the facilities were great. The on site shop very handy and the on site restaurant is really nice and welcoming - book in advance though as it books up quickly. Ski bus is very efficient and directly outside. The whole week has been amazing, a great option if you are looking to explore the three valleys at a fraction of the cost of the bigger resorts. I was a bit nervous about this trip, as it is the first time we've booked it all ourselves and not gone through an agent, some of the reviews made me a bit wary, but honestly I do not understand what anyone could criticise . We will definitely be returning again and will recommend to others.
Negative: Only thing I would mention is the resort is very small, as in two restaurants and that included the hotel restaurant. So if you're going for apre ski or lots of bars etc you'll be disappointed, but if you're going for the skiing and are happy for relaxed evenings then you have hit the jackpot with this one.

Positive: Great affordable property with everything you need for easy access to the 3 valleys ski resort, property was clean and functional, perfect for our 4 guests! Free ski bus was excellent and made it easy to get to the slopes, highly recommend the restaurant on site, small shop on site with fresh bread on order
Negative: Need to be aware facilities in Orelle are limited so shop before arriving! No issues with property though!
